En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, la notion de travail, de nature du travail, de valeur du travail dans l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle sociale est abord\u00e9e dans diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tudes, th\u00e9ories depuis le taylorisme.<\/p>\n<p>Sans vouloir faire une chronologie sur l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la notion de travail depuis plus d&rsquo;un si\u00e8cle, cet article se veut \u00ab\u00a0alerteur\u00a0\u00bb de la notion de bien \u00eatre au travail. En effet, on voit appara\u00eetre de nouveaux postes tels que : \u00ab\u00a0Chief happiness officer\u00a0\u00bb; \u00ab\u00a0feel good managers\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0les responsables de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience salari\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb dans les entreprises, organisations, start&rsquo;up, <strong>comme si une seule personne pouvait \u00eatre responsable du bonheur des autres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Revoyons alors la notion de bonheur selon B.Spinoza, ou de joie selon F. Lenoir et F. Nietzshe, car en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 notre joie, <strong>notre bonheur est de la responsabilit\u00e9 de chacun d&rsquo;entre nous<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation est en difficult\u00e9, certes. En effet, le bilan est lourd : 50% de l&rsquo;absent\u00e9isme en entreprise \u00e0 pour cause le stress. Il est donc urgent de trouver des solutions, et quoi de mieux que de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la souffrance par le bonheur?<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est une injonction suppl\u00e9mentaire qui cr\u00e9\u00e9e du stress suppl\u00e9mentaire. <strong>En effet, l&rsquo;organisation est entrain de dire \u00e0 ses collaborateurs : soyez heureux ! Mais il ne leur dit pas comment \u00eatre heureux ?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;organisation souhaite que ses collaborateurs soient heureux parce qu&rsquo;<strong>elle a besoin qu&rsquo;ils soient pr\u00e9sents et impliqu\u00e9s<\/strong>. Les probl\u00e9matiques de l&rsquo;entreprise aujourd&rsquo;hui sont :<\/p>\n<p>Comment motiver les \u00e9quipes?<\/p>\n<p>Comment engager les individus sur leur p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de travail?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un d\u00e9but de solution :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arr\u00eater les injonctions du type : Soyez heureux !<\/li>\n<li>Comprendre les besoins de chaque individu ;<\/li>\n<li>Prendre le temps d&rsquo;une r\u00e9flexion sur l&rsquo;organisation du travail, la charge de travail r\u00e9elle et non per\u00e7ue ;<\/li>\n<li>Consid\u00e9rer le temps de transition comme une p\u00e9riode \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re avec les mesures n\u00e9cessaires ;<\/li>\n<li>Faire participer ses \u00e9quipes aux r\u00e9flexions et actions engag\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le concept de bien \u00eatre au travail est un concept qui a vu le jour avec la prise en compte des RPS (Risques psychosociaux).
