Est nomm\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0client\u00a0\u00bb toute personne qui souhaite expos\u00e9 sa probl\u00e9matique professionnelle au groupe. Le r\u00f4le du coach est d&rsquo;animer le groupe et d&rsquo;\u00eatre garant du processus autour de 6 \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque participant jouera le r\u00f4le de consultants et aidera la personne \u00e0 avancer sur ses questionnements. La premi\u00e8re est le regroupement d&rsquo;un groupe de pairs autour d&rsquo;une probl\u00e9matique. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire, que chacun a un regard expert sur la situation. La seconde dimension, est le partage de la perception individuelle en collectif. En effet, ce retour d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience de la part du groupe permet au \u00ab\u00a0client\u00a0\u00bb d&rsquo;avoir une vue d&rsquo;ensemble tant sur l&rsquo;aspect professionnel que sur l&rsquo;aspect de la perception individuelle. Celui-ci peut alors faire le choix de ce qui fait le plus \u00e9cho par rapport \u00e0 sa situation.
